I appreciated the experience you demonstrated in all phases of our new home construction. What stood out for me was your ability to return my telephone calls or e-mails always within that business day. I was never left with project questions or a request that I contacted you about, without a reply before close of business that day. I have heard all kinds of stories, about untrustworthy contractors, that lack the skills or desire to fulfill the job. I can say from experience in dealing with your company that you stand out as an outstanding new home contractor. Your company lived up to every detail of our contract, going that extra step to make sure I was satisfied.

Now that my family has moved into the home and I have had the opportunity to observe the quality of the work that was done I will simply say, “I am impressed”. I have worked with Renovate, Inc. for 20 years as they renovated my home due to flood damage four times (’89, ’95, ’02 and ’05). Then, as part of a FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, Renovate demolished my home and rebuilt it in early ’09. In every instance, Renovate has operated on a truly professional level. As evidenced by my bringing them on board every time I needed renovation work completed, I was completely satisfied with the work done in my home.

Through the years, the office staff was unfailingly courteous and efficient, always returning my phone calls in a timely manner. Each of these individuals answered my questions or passed on messages expeditiously.  The project supervisor, who was the same person on three of the four renovations, was outstanding. He was always available, answering all my questions for each renovation in an honest and forthright manner, explaining details to me in language that I, as someone unfamiliar with construction procedures, could understand and often making valuable suggestions that would not have occurred to me. The construction crews were always friendly, and I appreciated and enjoyed seeing some of the same workers from project to project even though there were several years between these projects.

Of course, everything that I have mentioned contributed to my continued satisfaction in working with Renovate over the last 20 years, but I think the best thing about them is that the personnel are excellent communicators. This, for me, was the key to Renovate’s great customer service in an industry in which some contractors lack this skill.
